Your Agreement with sbaji

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sbaji" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at sbaji.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital properties.
• "Platform" means the website, software, games, betting markets, payment infrastructure, and all related services provided by sbaji.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered a sbaji account and is accessing the Platform for personal recreational use.

By accessing the sbaji Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you represent and warrant that:

Access to and use of the sbaji Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are eligible to register and use sbaji only if all of the following conditions are met:

Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

• Single account: You do not currently hold any other active or suspended sbaji account. Each Player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in collaboration with others — is strictly prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through sbaji or any affiliated responsible gaming program.
• Own funds: All funds used to deposit into your sbaji account are your own lawfully obtained personal funds. You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party or using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.

To access real-money games and betting markets on sbaji, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update any details that change after registration. sbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to provide adequate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each Player may hold only one registered account. If sbaji detects duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, national ID, mobile number, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other means — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sbaji Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. sbaji will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact sbaji support immediately at [email protected].

sbaji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, USDT (TRC-20), and Bitcoin. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) for mobile money methods, or in the applicable cryptocurrency for crypto transactions. sbaji does not charge deposit fees; however, network or gateway fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, ৳200 for Rocket and Upay, and the equivalent of approximately USD 5 for USDT (TRC-20) and USD 10 for Bitcoin.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 30 minutes. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one to three blockchain confirmations. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending.

• sbaji does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The account holder's name on the payment method must match the registered name on the sbaji account.
• In the event of a disputed transaction, sbaji reserves the right to hold the relevant funds pending investigation. Players will be notified of any hold placed on their account.
• sbaji reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount per transaction or per day. Current limits are communicated in the sbaji account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

All transactions on the sbaji Platform are conducted over 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. sbaji does not store full payment credentials beyond what is required for transaction processing, and no payment data is shared with unauthorised third parties.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise in offer-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Eligibility: Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. sbaji uses a range of technical indicators to identify duplicate accounts or bonus abuse. Players found to be abusing promotional offers will have their bonuses revoked and may have their accounts suspended.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Maximum bet with bonus: When a bonus is active in your account, the maximum stake per round or per bet that counts toward wagering requirements is ৳500 unless a different limit is stated in the offer terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

sbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with notice where practicable. The availability of a promotion to a specific Player is at sbaji's sole discretion.

All sports betting on sbaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — is subject to sbaji's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and updated periodically. The following general rules apply to all wagers:

• Acceptance of bets: A bet is not confirmed until sbaji's system has accepted it and issued a unique bet reference number. In the event of a technical error or odds feed failure at the time of placement, sbaji reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the Player's account.
• Odds: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by sbaji where a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or where insufficient play has occurred for a market to be settled according to the applicable rules. Stakes on void bets are returned to the Player's account.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to an acceptance delay. During this delay, odds may move. sbaji does not guarantee that in-play bet requests will be accepted at the displayed odds. Bets that are not accepted within the acceptance window are cancelled and stakes returned.
• Maximum winnings: sbaji sets maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per Player per day. Current limits are available in the account dashboard. Winnings that exceed these limits will be paid up to the applicable maximum; any excess is forfeited.
• Errors in odds: Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds — for example, due to a data feed error — sbaji reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. Players will be notified where this applies.

Casino games at sbaji are provided by third-party certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own certified rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable. sbaji does not interfere with game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbaji Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under the name of another person.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, databases, or any other technical infrastructure.

sbaji employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account and transaction activity on the Platform. Where prohibited conduct is identified, sbaji reserves the right to take all remedial actions available to it, including but not limited to: account suspension or permanent closure; withholding and forfeiture of account balances; reversal of any affected transactions; and reporting the matter to law enforcement where required by applicable law.

All content on the sbaji Platform — including but not limited to the sbaji brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces (where provided by sbaji directly), software, data structures, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of sbaji or its duly licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without sbaji's prior written consent.
• Use any sbaji branding, logo, or trade marks in any manner that implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by sbaji without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Third-party game content accessible through sbaji — including all games provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other partner studios — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's applicable licences. sbaji provides access to this content under licence and does not claim ownership of it.

sbaji collects and processes personal data from registered Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at sbaji.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sbaji's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their sbaji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sbaji shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage of any nature.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or any other event beyond sbaji's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from third-party game software errors, RNG outcomes, or game rules applied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results that may contain errors due to data feed issues.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude sbaji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sbaji makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components. sbaji will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times.

Either party may terminate the Player's account and the agreement formed under these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Termination by the Player: You may close your sbaji account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures described in Section 5. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Termination by sbaji: sbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a specified timeframe when requested by sbaji.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months. Accounts inactive for this period may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee not exceeding ৳200 per month, applied until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.
• Where sbaji is required to close an account for legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, sbaji reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other serious prohibited conduct is confirmed, account balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

sbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at sbaji.io/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — sbaji will provide advance notice of no less than seven (7) days via email to the address registered on the Player's account, or via a prominent in-platform notification displayed upon login. Non-material amendments (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing language, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sbaji operates, with reference to the legal framework applicable to Players located in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and sbaji, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication via sbaji's support channel at [email protected]. sbaji commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration process will be conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any mandatory rights available to the Player under applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve their rights pending arbitration.
